My day to ask questions!!! I got my labs back and PCP said K is low and to be sure that multi-vit has K in it. It does. I am thinking about taking a little, but I know K has something to do with blood thinner, so I do not want to overdose. My K level is .13 and range accord to Lapcorp is .28-1.78
I am going to send labs to WLS surgeon. But, I wanted your opinion. My docs do not follow up very good on labs.

What you want to find is dry vitamin K1. Vitalady's basic started plan for RNY is 100mcg of dry K1. The advisory about K1 is if you are already on blood thinners.
