Fitness Fun - March 30

Good morning LW's

How is everyone today? Today is my long day but I am going to TRY to squeeze in a walk around the park today at lunch. No promises but at the very least get some steps in right? If I am able to, I will renew my membership at the gym here close to my work so I can go at lunch...we'll see how the day goes. But...so far this week I have burned some serious calories so if today is a rest day...meh...it'll be ok.

What are your fitness fun plans today?

 I can't believe I can finally post in good conscience. I did my weight machine rounds at the gym, then 25 minutes on the rowing machine. The person next to me showed me where I could get my calories burned reading. Only 152, but my breakfast is about 100, so I'm ahead for the day. Yeah!

I don't like exercise, but I like leaving the gym, feeling I am done for the day. Everything else, dog walks, housework, etc is just extra.

I'm glad you can post :) I know I always feel guilty starting the post and I know darned well I haven't done a darned thing fitness related...

Good deal on the calorie burned...everything counts right? I love my heart rate monitor...keeps me honest and always thinking of what I put in my mouth for the day KNOWING how many calories I plan or did burn...It's a number thing for me :)

  I got up early and headed to the spin class at the gym where I actually joined. I love, love, love that class. 1 hr of really hard core exercise! Who knew I could like an exercise. I try to get to it 3 times a week and do a total fitness the other 2 days. I don't go on the weekends. I did sign up for a 3mth Ballet, tap, jazz class on sundays starting this weekend. I don't really want to be a ballerina but it says no experience necessary!!!!!!! lol!!!!

Other than Zumba on Monday, I have been pretty lazy.  Missed Curves yesterday and today since I took the days off and didn't go in that direction.  But I am determined to at least get my weights done today.  Maybe Curves tomorrow before seeing Raggadyann.

Ok, i DID go to the gym at lunch. I am so glad I did. I am starting to feel normal sliding back into a routine with work, school, home and the gym. I did 40 minutes = 369 calories burned...not too bad. I tried a new machine and bleh...didn't like it. Called the Summit whatever...i probably would have burned more if I had just stayed on the good ole elliptical!! I'll know for next time.
