Irrational (Or Rational?) Fear??

You question isn't bizarre, I'm sure it's crossed most of our minds at least once.

We all have fears and probably nothing we say will take those fears away but it's good to ask question and get encouragment.  A lot fear that the surgery won't work on them, then when they start to lose they start fearing they will lose to much, then when you  get to goal and start maintenance we all start fearing we will gain it back.   WLS is full of questions and fears, we just can't let them take over.  That's one of the things that is so great about our LW board..you can bring your fears here without being laughed at and there is always someone who has experienced what you are going through.

When I got to my lowest 106, I started fearing I was getting to low so I started increasing my calories like i was on maintenance.  I have such regrets because I am so jealous of everyones 100 pound loss gold apple!!   If I had it do over again I'd go as low as I could before even thinking about adding calories back in.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

OMG - that darn pin is the cutest thing ever. I love waffles.

I'm with you on the "no fear" portion. I seriously doubt I will loose too much weight!

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Thank you ladies so much for knockin some sense back into me!
I weighed in at 179.6 today. I still have a fair ways to go and I shouldn't
be worried about this! Sigh. How the mind works in such silly, silly ways!!

And Just-Jenn - It sure is a tattoo. I'm Canadian and proud! :D

Thanks again :) You LW's are absolute rock stars :)
