More than likely the ER again for them to tell me to go home.
Had 1/4 cup coffee (and out it came)
2 bited of meat ball( out it came)
2 sips of flat gingerale(out it came)
6 crackers saltine, stayed down
6 sips of water (fighting it to stay down)
This has been all day I have had 3 prevacid,6 tums,2 Zofran and a major migraine.
If carbs are all you can keep down from know to surgery, that's what I'd go with. You can't make your self sick and weak. Throwing up probably irratates everything and makes it worse. Have you talked to your Bariatric Surgeon.

No the acid reducers dont help but it eases the burning from throwing up, that is why I have been taking them.

I'm a creature of habit too with my protein drinks. I have a LOT of protein powders in my cabinet and usually just drink the chocolate and cappacino lately. I like the cappacino cold with 1/2 milk and 1/2 water with ice cubes - yum.... I do love the fuzzy navel and grapefruit - just haven't had them in awhile. With the chocolate I often put the peppermint paddy sf syrup in it.
B - 2 protien coffees and 2 regular coffees
L - a double cappacino protein drink
D - 4 chicken wings wth asian zing sauce
S - cheese and pepperoni pieces
Vits: yes
Water: OMG - a TON of it today!
Miles: zumba!
