I'm such a creature of habit. I just mix mine the same way every day. I hate change and don't adjust well to it so when I find what I like I have a hard time changing.

I'm so like you. I don't do change well either and I think that's why I put the flavorings in because then I don't have to give up my Lemon Tea and if I forget to put it in then I'm perfectly happy.
Good Menu!!

I'm having problems with hunger, or maybe it's head hunger. It doesn't really matter because I feel like I'm starving all the time. I've added some sausage links to my breakfast to see if that helps. My DH baked a ham yesterday (he's retired, so he cooks alot). The ham did not sit well with me, so won't be eating that for a while, if ever. Been on a stall for over a month and I think I'm going to have to throw my scale away, it's ******g me off.
Anyway, here's my plan for today.
B: Greek yogurt w/blueberry sf jam; 2 sausage links
L: Turkey patty w/cranberries; yams
S: Greek yogurt w/ sf cherries
D: Fish Fillet, brussel sprouts
S: Chicken roll ups
Calories: 1020; Carbs: 75g; Fat: 33g; Protein: 91g
Geez, I'll need to rethink the sausage and fillet in the future - too high in calories and fat.

I have trouble with meats sometimes and then the next time I try it I'm perfectly fine. It's strange how our system works. I've been having trouble with hunger since I got my gall bladder out. I can't wait to ask the Surgeon about it tomorrow.
I don't worry to much about fat but I know others are very strict about it. I try to be careful with my carbs though. I try to keep my carbs at 1/2 or lower than my Protein total. With you getting your Protein all from food I'm not sure how your totals should be.
For your stall...try increasing your calories through protein for 3 days and then drop back down again and see if that gets the scale moving again.

Lucy i was hungry like the wolf too until I learned to make protein tea and coffee a la Gina .
Basically U brew strong chai tea or strong coffee , mix a little ( one scoop) of protein shake ( i like carb free and virtually fat free and low calorie isopure banana cream flavor for this best myself ) with about 1/2 cup of water , pour into a mug and pour the hot tea or coffee over the top n sip
90 calories all from protein ... and it takes Ur hunger AWAY for hours .
Try it ..Ull lose weight .
