I still want to bring down my carb total but it may not happen too soon.
I really don't like drinking Protein shakes, I don't know why really, they are good, it's just that I think I prefer to eat my calories rather than drink them.
Just because I rarely write..I excercise daily at the YMCA and definately get my fluids in.
