Dreaded Stall
So I am at 6 weeks today - and the dreaded 6 week stall ha**** my scale. But I am going to overcome this and hope that next week the scale begins moving again. After reading so many posts about stalling at 6 weeks, I expected this. I am not upset though, suprisingly enough. I know that the scale might not show a weight loss, but pants that I tried on 2 weeks ago and fit were actually a little too loose today when I wore them to work. Guess I won't be wearing them again as they might fall down to my ankles the next time. Hopefully next week I will have better results, but I am happy with my weight loss to date. 24 lbs in 6 weeks is nothing to sneeze at. Also today was my first day back to work and lots of people said that I looked great and didn't think that I needed to lose any more weight (not sure if they were being nice or honest).
You have the right attitude and it sounds like you're doing great! Stalls are a pain but they happen. Its your body catching up.
You'll do great! Those people at work just aren't used to seeing you smaller and soon they'll be asking you "are you done yet"???

I'm having another one of those months. 142 to 140, mostly around 141 all month. I'd love to see 139 some time before the end of the month but it isn't looking like it.
