Multi-vitamin and iron DONE. Need more calcium, but am working on i****er at about 40 oz yet tonight.

 Not near enough here but I snuck in a protein shake after dinner and a protein frap at Starbucks.  I'm really liking the VitaminWater 0 orange flavor. Now it's back to regular water until bedtime.

FAIL!

I didn't do the exercise tape.
I didn't up my water intake enough to meet my goal.
I didn't drink a protein shake, preferring actual food (albeit pureed) instead.

BUT!

Today's another day.No way am I giving up!!!

3 weeks post-op (revision) and counting...and trying to make every day count.
