Alright guys the big day is tommorow!

Im all marked up and ready to go! I posted some before pics on my profile - If you want to see my big ol gut just send me a friend request if you arent already. The only thing I am sad about is I will lose my birth mark!!

I asked the surgeon to weight and photograph what he takes off
Oh and I dont have to be to the hospital till 9am, but no eating or drinking after midnight, like normal.. How on earth am I going to make it till 9am without a protein coffee? OMG!

I will stay Tuesday night and will be released Mid morning or mid afternoon on Wednesday!

I know I'll be swollen for awhile but I know I will be happy!

Since I am staying one night, it would make sense to pack protein right? I know I'll be sleeping through most of it though...

I didn't take anything with me, but I had my TT at a bariatric surgery center and they didn't really have food for people who were over a year out post-op.  They had frozen stuff that tasted freezer burned  yuk!!  I was the only one there that wasn't recuperating from WLS.

I'd pack some protein drinks just for that reason... take some protein bars too..

From your mark up pics, I'm going to assume you're not having a vertical cut and muscle tightening?

If you are having muscle tightening, be prepared for your tummy to have more restriction.

He said he is doing the tightening but he doesnt have to do a vertical, which is wonderfull
He is the board chairman of PS, so I trust him
Yeah I think I will pack my blender bottle and some shakes...
