Fitness Fun - March 28th
Hello LW's
I made it another day to the gym. I did upper body (back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps...in that order x's 3 reps) and cardio for a total workout of 600 calories spent in 1hr 15 min. Not to shabby I'd say. My tummy is hurting again and figures...I go for my ultrasound and ct scan tomorrow. So I should know something tomorrow what has been causing me grief the past 6 months. I am more worried about the stupid ct scan since I am allergic to iodine and they ordered a ct with contrast (oral and iv) which is iodine. So they put me on a pre-med routine of prednisone (3 doses starting in 9 hrs) and 1 dose of benadryl (50 mg) 1 hr before the test. Um, I have to fast and 1 benedryl knocks me out let alone 2....not sure how tomorrow will go but keep fingers crossed that I don't have a terrible reaction to the iodine...the benadryl...or what. .... LOL

I did 3 -15 minute walks (8,062 steps so far today) and 30 leaning push ups.
