Check it out, Tracey.  It is a fun way to tone and increase flexibility.  I really feel it in my arms and back, which are relatively weak areas for me.  Rolling my belly is the easy part!  I figured why not make use of my belly while I still have it?  If you have Wii, I know some folks have a bellydancing program.

thanks, i'll look into the Wii thing.  I'm loving my Wii Just Dance II and my Wii Fit Plus (and the tennis).   Hubby sometimes has to come upstairs and see why i'm laughing so much.

Hi Roz!  I'm not very good at planning meals.  Bfast and lunch is ok - dinner is an "everyday" decision.  Tom's pretty good at having los of leftovers in the fridge.  He's been doing pretty good with cook primarily high protein type of stuff. 

B - 1/2 omelet with lots of veggies inside with sausage gravy
L - nothing... I think
S - a spoon of peanut butter
D - Mexican night - chimis and burritos

Vits:  yes
Water:  no

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I usually don't eat breakfast, but I have to plan my lunch so I don't eat fast food.  Sometimes I have dinners planned out but usually I call DH on the way home and ask him what he wants.  We used to eat a lot of fast food but I know that's where all of extra weight came from.  Now I go home and cook at least 3 nights a week and then  we get Veg. soup from a local resturant,  KFC grilled chicken or LJS the other nights. Weekends are the hardest because we are always out running errands.

I'm glad Tom is taking care of you!   Is he losing any weight?

I'm going to fast today, focus on clear liquids and prune juice only.
Something is clogging the pipes, not completely, but enough to make me feel like a stuffed turkey, and nothing has resolved the problem....

I hope it helps!!   I'm up to 4 colace and 1 capful of Miralax daily and I still feel like I'm stuffed.  My DGD had to have surgery on her rectum before she turned a year old and she takes Miralax everyday but my DD says it doesn't work as good unless she gives her pear juice too.  I'm going to get a bottle and put some in one of my protein drinks and see if it makes a difference.  I'm hoping the extra sugar doesn't make me dump.

I can't even imagine going back to school and doing homework again.  We have a few cheer parents who study the whole weekend we are at a competition.  I give you lots of credit!!

Hi Roz...sounds like a great gathering and your hubster having fun. I plan my meals pretty good for the most part. It is a great way to be in full control of what you put in your mouth. I am great during the work week but horrible on the weekends. Oh well, give a little take a little. Actually on the weekends I experiment with foods and come up with meals for the week so I am working to some extent on planning...right? ;) Anyways, here is my food for today so far. 

B - protein chocolate coffee (24g & 117 cal)
S - 1/2 banana and 1 moz stick made into cheese crisps (6g & 120 cal)
L - ? 
D - ? 
S - ? 

protein: 30g so far
calories: 237 so far

Vits: on track
h2o: 32oz down
miles: 55 min on elliptical = 500 calories burned...yay!
