Good Morning. Cherry Blossom Festival

I missed the news of tornadoes.  Is everyone in your DD's family-in-law okay?

Some of my SIL's friends home were hit but his families neighborhood was bypassed.

Is it just me or is anyone else thinking this is going to be a brutal summer too????

I sure hope the summer is not brutal. I hate hot, hot weather!

I am going to be in DC for a day later this week. I hope I can sneak a peek at the cherry blossoms while I am there. I have always missed the peak.

I hit the 160's this week. Woo hoo! I am feeling a little impatient about getting to goal. I keep telling myself that it is not about the scale but rather my behavior, thoughts and emotions. The scale is really besides the point.

I've never seen the Cherry Trees in bloom, maybe some day.

I just read the history, interesting that we reciprocated with Dogwoods. We have a Dogwood Festival here in Knoxville and the city is blooming like crazy now. It's alive with Dogwoods and daffodils.

Yeah, I'm positive it was the R&R bars now if you dropped those lbs already.

I've always wanted to come to DC for the Cherry Blossom Festival.  I also have Kyoto Japan on my calendar for Cherry Blossom time since I've been in Summer and Winter, but it's not this year.

We've been drenched here in N. Ca. for a long time.  It looks like we're about to get a break from the downpour for the next 10 days.  Lot's more walking again.  YAY!!!

Rock N'Roll... Yikes.  After reading that you and Roz ate them, i tried one several months ago.  It was WAY too good for me to even consider buying a second one.   I'm so happy your scale is coming down.  I know from personal experience how freaky that must feel when it goes up.

I'm headed to an all day Yoga Retreat.  I can't believe that's ME writing that!  :)
