Good Morning. Cherry Blossom Festival
We have a little snow and it's still coming down lightly this morning. No biggy and I don't think it will hurt the cherry blossoms one bit. If you ever get a chance to come to DC and see the cherry trees in bloom, do it! They are beautiful. The original cherry trees were a gift to the US from Japan, so this year is especially touching and important to remember Japan's gift.

I'm disappointed that today is not the day we can get together, but I'd prefer to have good weather for our getting-into-trouble day....

That's an adult size chair and she doesn't fit UNDER it. DH says she's about 70 lbs.

Yea - we finally were able to start seeing patches of the ground here, and in most other places the snow was gone, but we got that storm last week and are again buried under 10" of snow. The worst part is it is bitterly cold... which keeps that darned white stuff here.
Its been sunny though and is predicted to stay that way through the week. That will be nice at least. It will look warmer than it really is.
Start swinging critters that the weather is real nice when we're out there! I need some 70 degrees and sunny days!!

Last night my DD and her hubby drove to his families neighborhood to see where the tornado went through last week. They said most of the streets were blocked but you could see all of the roof tops that were gone.
