How much is a "scoop"?

I got my Roadside Lemonade protein today from Vitalady. That stuff has saved my life! SO good mixed with crystal light, you can't even taste it.
Anyway, can someone please explain how much a "scoop" is.... in teaspoons or Tablespoons please? A scooper to measure with was not included in the order...I'm stumped.

Vitalady's samples come in 1 1/2 scoop pre-measured baggies...about 1/4 cup + or -.

Did you get a sample or a tub of it? The sample, like Gina said, is premeasured into 1 1/2 scoops - if you got a tub, there's a scoop in it - just dig in the tub to find it.
