Who is up for a challenge?

I'm in.  I'm doing good with the carbs/fluids/vitamin/exercise but I want to drink a protein shake everyday.  Roz always says that she thought she was done losing, then lost when she had more protein.  I want to give it a try as I'm challenging myself to get as close to 149 as I can before May 5th when I leave for NYC.  The last time I was there and saw my son's friends, I was 249.  It's just taken me a month to shed 2 pounds with vigorous exercise so maybe the protein will help.  Go Shakes!!  :)

I'm  in with you. My vitamin consumption SUCKS. I will go whole hog and see how that makes me feel. While I'm at it, I'll do better on water too.
