Question, what time of day are you getting the headaches? When you wake up or later in the day?

Sometimes mid morning sometimes mid afternoon. I am getting one now and it is almost 5:00 pm.
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

Count me in too.  The scale is up 3 lbs.  Ive been slacking with my exercise.  I will be walking at least 3x a week.  Thanks for the push.

I'm good with fluid but exercise is another story. I'm going to try for at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time. Not a lot but it's better then nothing.

I am doing good on fluids and am proud of that since I am only 3 weeks out.  In reading this stream though, I did not know that starbucks will make protein coffee for you!!???!!!! I knew that they offered a fruity protein drink but you can order a protein coffee?  Really?  That is awesome (so they all offer this???).   Do they charge extra for the protein?

Today I also went to the gym for the first time since surgery and that felt good!

  50 cents extra-- if you are getting a frappacino, ask them to "double blend" it.  


Congrats on the gym and the fluids--you are in an enviable minority that got their fluids in so early.

Gina told me about the Starbucks protein, and I love it because i CAN'T SMELL IT!
It's whey isolate, 6 g of protein per scoop.   And like already stated, only 50 cents no matter how many scoops.  But be sure they pre-stir it and don't overheat it, or you'll have lumpy coffee.

Thanks guys!  I have been making myself a protein coffee each morning as I am really struggling with the shakes all of a sudden.......some mornings I make it very easily and other mornings it gets a little lumpy....this is great to know ESPECIALLY if traveling.......now I just have to figure out what kind of coffee drink I like!!!  And to avoid sugar in it!
