Who is up for a challenge?
I posted last evening about my shakiness episodes in the mornings after exercise. I had wondered if it was Reactive Hypoglycemia or Dehydration as Ive really been lacking in the fluids department. I had another episdoe this morning, checked my glucose levels twice - they were within normal range, so I dont think its RH. So Im determined I WILL increase my fluids!!! Im going to challenge myself to drink 64 - 100 oz a water a day.
What are you lacking in and willing to challenge yourself? Not enough protein? Too many carbs? Not enough exercise? Not taking your Vits regularly? We CAN do this!!!! Who's in with me?! Cindy

I'm IN, Cindy.
I'll take the same challenge: 64-100 oz of fluids (not jus****er) a day.
I feel really bloated, like my inners aren't the clean pipes they need to be, and NOTHING seems to be helping..... So, to help out, I'm going to REALLY focus on fluids, including warm prune juice, which is actually better than cold juice.

Glad to hear it wasn't RH - but don't be surprised if you do develop it some day....
There are several areas I'm consistetly deficient in - water/fluids is one of them. I also am pledging to get exercise this week. Vits I do pretty good with but protein drinks I've been lacking in and notice I do when I'm NOT at work.... Oh - and beer doesn't count towards fluids... darn!
So I pledge to get the equivalent of 4 protein drinks a day.

I hate to inform anyone of this but I am not going to join in this challenge. As of now, with all the issues I am having with my gall bladder, I am afraid to add anything more that will add pain. Now I will shoot for more liquids but that too hurts like the dickens.... I will be everyone cheerleader though
