Sorry so late answering.  My hair turned out pretty good.  I have to get color about every 2 months to keep the gray in check.  I don't blame you, I always tried to get my done shortly before all the surgeries that I had last year.  I'm claiming good health and no surgery for 2011 for both of us!

S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (25g)

D - going out...I'll be back...3/4 of a 6oz crab cake and a glass of white wine

Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz

CS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving

CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill), 2 serving

Edamame- Dry Roasted Edamame Seapoint Farms, 0.25 cup 

 Lunch:     
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin, 1 whole muffin, 0.4 serving

tuna salad without bread (3 oz tuna), 1 serving 


 Dinner:
