I know how bad it hurts and I feel so bad for you!!! Is the surgery going to go through?
The swelling in my tummy finally went down enough that I could wear my jeans today but there were several times I wished that I could unbottoned them..LOL

Hi Roz, today is my Friday for sure!! I'm ready for the weekend.
Stacey and I seem to be "pain sisters" although I don't think mine is gallbladder and her pain is much more intense than mine...BUT I'm tired of the gut pain and am just mentally and emotionally tired and done with it. No matter what it is...I'm giving the gut a rest and trying to increase protein shakes and soft foods at least until next tuesday when I get my ultrasound and ct scan.
B - protein coffee (24g & 117 cal)
S - protein bar (homemade) (10g & 100 cal)
L - split pea soup (homemade & no clue on stats)
S - cottage cheese (13g & 90 cal)
D - chili (??)
S - protein hot chocolate (24g & 117 cal)
protein: 71g w/o lunch & dinner
calories: 424 w/o lunch & dinner
h2o: 32oz down (including hot tea and lemon water...)
Vits: taking a break from calcium (in case that's causing the severe constip) just for a week. then will start back up in lower doses...
Miles: just trying to survive...nothing really planned...
Bring on the weekend...

I loved the Faux mac n cheese!!! I even through some broccoli in it and it was delicious!!! DD and DGD really liked it too. I think the next time I'm going to try putting it in a muffin pan so I have small portions that I can take to work. Do you think it could be frozen?

How did your hair turn out? I got mine down right before my surgery last week. I told my DD I didn't want to wake up with my hair all over the place and everyone could see the gray. I figured I'd have to wear one of those funny hats.
