Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Good morning, Roz! Greetings from Madison - might chilly this morning but Chicago is no warmer. I just had to dose myself with some Children's Benadryl - nasty allergy attack. Relief is on its way!

Amy, I hope the meds have kicked in and you are feeling better. I am so fortunate not to have allergies. My DH and all of our DD's have allergies and out of the 5 grandchildren our DGS has them the worse.

My husband and I just had this discussion last night! I work Monday thru Friday, but his new job has him working Friday thru Tuesday. He's whining a bit, but at least we have our evenings together and there is still sunshine to me had and time to play outside with the little one :)

B: ZOIC cookies and cream RTD shake: first time trying it, i was scared of it for weeks cuz it comes in cans, but goodness! I want to buy more now! 90 calories, 15 g protein, 1 net carb. I was so full between that and my lemon pudding with blueberries that I skipped my am snack and at noon I'm still not quite hungry! Will eat at 12:30 though, i promise.
so, total was 20g protein for breakfast
S1: none
L: Tuna Salad prepped with spices and 1/2 TB kraft mayo with olive oil, green beans, 1/4 tb smart balance, 5 ranch soy crisps 27g protein
S2: CranRazz protein shake with pre-workout powder 25g protein
D: grocery shopping night so we are eating leftover taco mini-quiches before we go: 25g protein
S3: Mint Cookie shake with a little pudding mix and 1/2 oz whipping cream to make it more ice cream like 23g protein
Very excited about menu today and committed to sticking to it :) placed some orders for healthier snacks and davinci syrups today (yay payday) going to get just dance 2 for my wii since all my friends have it as insist on having competitions when I visit, so i have to make sure I can keep up with them, also ordered some more pre-workout powder since my husband has discovered it to be a cheap alternative to energy drinks (he's a non-op, just likes the energry kick and anything that helps him be more active with me brings me joy.
did not exercise this morning (was very tired, will get back into AM routine when I get my Just Dance game). Will go to Curves after work before dinner and before grocery shopping
I've got in 43oz of fluid so far this morning, with no plans to stop. Only vite left is 1 multi/iron

I'm glad you found a variety of Protein that you like. Having it in a can would be convienient. I really enjoy my DaVinci SF Syrups. Where did you order yours from? Some companies won't deliver in the winter so I bought 7 bottles in the fall.

I love my proteins, I'm one of those sickos who enjoy the tasteof most of them. this one just seems to really like me :)
supplementwarehouse :) their shipping tends to be expensive but for $4.89 a bottle who am i to complain? they also pack them really well (one of my friends just ordered 11 bottles from them a couple weeks ago)
i now own it, will be doing it in the morning!!

I don't drink alcohol but I suppose there are a lot of calories and carbs in it.
You try to avoid alcohol and I'll try to avoid chips.....
Are there a lot of carbs in the soy and muscle milk? Have you tried mixing your protein in water? That would save calories and carbs.
