I went to the gym today and worked out crazy amounts..cause I had 1/2 a chocolate chip muffin from Roche Brothers. I wanted it , didn't even like it while eating it , but then regretted it after I got sick to my stomach.. but I felt a little better after working out.. but I got some Isopure 40g of Protein in a bottle..hoping to offset the crap I ate..
Never again.. (I hope)
