S - double capaccino protein drink made 1/2 with milk
D - a small bag of lays chips and a flatbread ham/cheese/tomato sandwich from Subway.  I didn't eat it all....it was a 1/2 of a flatbread....
S - milk and a little Kahlua

Vits:  yes
WAter:  did good
Miles:  zumba

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I went to the gym today and worked out crazy amounts..cause I had 1/2 a chocolate chip muffin from Roche Brothers.  I wanted it , didn't even like it while eating it , but then regretted it after I got sick to my stomach.. but I felt a little better after working out.. but I got some Isopure 40g of Protein in a bottle..hoping to offset the crap I ate..
Never again.. (I hope)
