Since I've been doing well on my protein, I'm focusing on getting in my fluids (i wasn't hitting my 64 oz minimum)

pre-B: 16 oz tea
B: Land o'Lakes Hot Cocoa and Choc Protein 32 g (16 oz fluid)
S: 17 oz water
L: Dreamsicle protein shake with banana 32 g (8 oz fluid)
S: 17 oz water
D: refried beans with cheese 8 g
S: 17 oz crystal light

Have fun with the grands this evening. 

I love Curves.  I have been going for years and have had to really up the work lately to get the same workout.  Plus ours added Zumba for free so I do that weekly.  I'm hoping adding the weights too will build more muscle and help me keep losing.
