That's so great Tracey!!  I tried it on the DVD's at home, but I'm so uncoordinated I just couldn't even try to keep up.  I'll have to stick to something else.

 Tracey,

That is one fantastic NSV!  congratulations.  I have only tried "beginning Zumba" which is basically Zumba for senior citizens.  I was totally uncoordinated, sweated up a storm and loved every minute.  You may have inspired me to go back!

I buy the unlimited zumba in my area for $40/month, and between the 2 towns near me, I am often able to attend every day but Sunday. Tuesday I went twice! One was cardiolike, and the evening session was toning, which I love and recommend (It's a "good" hurt).
I definitely enjoy it and consider it social. I will totally go by myself too, but love it when a good friend meets me there.
Also, here in NY the weather is showing hints of warming up. I LOVE walking!!!!!!

That is awesome.  I can't wait to do Zumba.  My girls go, its a class for younger kids and they love it.  I can't wait until I can do it.  They have class twice a week littlerly right down the hill from me at our my kid's school.  As soon as the surgeon gives me the go a head I will start.

the difference between try and triumph is simply
UMPH!

I think that's a code word for sweat!
