TGIF, babeeees! Made it through another workweek, but dang! Snow in the forecast for Sunday? The grass is so green and the trees are about ready to burst with buds. Not fair! {sigh}

I'm looking forward to the weekend--getting together with RaggetyAnn in her neck of the woods. I hope we don't see snow. lol  Maybe we'll post pictures!

Y'all have a great Friday!

PLEASE do ... I can't wait to put associate a " face " with charming Raggetty Ann's voice .

She's one of those people you just want to get to know so bad .. know what I mean ?

I have NO IDEA what kind of weather is predicted on LI this weekend but I can tell ya - I 'm working so hard I DONT CARE lol !!!

I'll be laying concrete blocks in the snow if I have to .

I guess one of the knee-jerk Ava responses to stress is to work HARDER ..hmmm.

Today - two hour drive to the Jersey jobsite and putting up wooden fences all day ( over 200 feet of em if I can finish) - replacing a few posts as well.... ( so concrete work ) ... and painting the results . Oh and digging the soil and putting black mulch all along the feet .. in preparation for planting climbing thorny roses every three feet ( thats what keeps the horrible kids from jumping on them and breaking them down every other week - little devils

They call them sticker bushes lol!

I'm heading out this morning to take both ponies to Laurens, SC to drive.  Only problem is its suppose to rain Sat and Sun.  Yuck.  Here's hoping it fizzles or misses us and we can all still have our fun.  Yesterday was very windy and cold and I didn't get the packing done I needed to so I need to hurry, hurry to get down there today so I can have at least one rain free day.

The weather is supposed to be nasty rain here all weekend also, if so it means the kids will have no soccer games and I will be stuck in the house with them all weekend! I love my kids but on rainy days it kills them and me to be in the house.
Today I have to finish 3 papers and get them turned in by TONIGHT! I can do it! I am still fighting this cold but do feel 100% better than I did the other day, DS#3 has it now and is home with me today.......

I'm so glad to see Friday!   The weather is beautiful here.  We are in need of some rain, which they say we may get Sunday and Monday.

I hope you and RaggetyAnn have a great time together.  I hope we do get to see pictures.

I'll be doing housework and paperwork at home this weekend.  It must be done!

I do NOT envy you the snow...and you and Tracy have fun visiting.

The temp dropped overnight here.

I got the kitchen and bath painted, along with most of me. The same can of paint, the bath looks darker than the kitchen.

Okay, today, I cleaned up the bath a little bit so we could remove the floor and tile (that's starts later today but my first project is to remove everything on my countertop and clean off the backsplash of wall plates, etc so I can start tiling. The ledger board is already in place across the stove area, now I have to find the center of my stove area and my sink area as I am putting mosaic tiles in those spots for an interest. The rest is stone looking porcelain.

But it should be a simple install...I'll need a wet saw to finish most likely, that is on schedule for tomorrow.
