A slow start.....

 I have been a slow loser since the beginning.  But you know what?  60+ pounds in six months is 10 pounds a month, 2.5 pounds a week and I will take that anyday!  I never lost more than 30 pounds on any diet or exercise program before.

Stop weighing every day.  
Everyone stalls.
Even being constipated can delay a weight loss.
Concentrate on the NSVs (Non Scale Victories) They are guaranteed to delight and surprise you far more than any number on a scale!
