OA recovery free online resources and meetings every three hours

 People have asked me where to go  for OA  meetings ....  here  is a place EVERYONE can have  access to  ....

( and there  are special bariatric themed  meetings Saturdays  and Sundays I believe..  but the entire fellowship is  FULL of  bariatric patients anyway ..and often the leaders will  talk about their own bariatric  surgeries .  Yellobeuty for instance  has had  RNY .  )

Thanks Ava! I have been thinking alot about OA, but wondered if wls patients were welcomed, or kind of frowned upon.

I love your positive attitude even though life has been testing you limits lately!

 as a general rule people  dont talk about their surgeries openly  except  rarely  .  But  U often  hear it in their  "  eating plan "  and  then  U often hear about it as  part of their qualifying story  too .... 

as a result U hear more about the FAILURE of surgery than  its success there  lol.... but theres  no doubt in my military mind that  OA  PLUS surgery  really  works to  compliment each other .

OA deals with the  food addiction .   The surgery deals with the physical  problem that  may have caused it or been  caused BY it .  

In any case the food addiction  can definitely undo the results ofthe surgery long term .. especially  an RNY  or sleeve ....
