Hi LW's,

I apologize that I have been MIA. I am struggling these days and did not jump on here to post Fitness Fun...my apologies. I am sure you all have been working it hard! :)

So what is your fitness fun day look like today?

Hi Diana - good to see you back!

I went to Zumba both Monday and Tuesday and today I'll take the night off.  Working from home today since we had another "snowfall event" - yuk - I'm SO ready for spring to get here and STAY!!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I am so ready for warm weather. Spring time here in NV includes snow...so I want NO MORE SNOW!! Until Christmas Eve...lol that's only exception...lol

 Diana,
I did pilates on Monday and today.  Yesterday I tried yoga class and tomorrow I will go to belly dancing class.  Day by day, that's the way to take it.

How did you like the Yoga? I have done pilates...not yoga...

and yes...I will try to take it day by day..

Truthfully I like pilates better than the yoga but I know I want my body to be flexible so I will stick with both for now. (The other thing I didn't like about the yoga class is that it isn't until 7:30 at night which meant dinner wasn't until almost 9.)  see,, food is still always on the mind!

We missed you.  Dig yourself out of that hole, whatever kind it is and come play with us when you can.

Curves this morning, then running from one meeting to the next.  Weights this evening.

I missed you guys too!!! I am digging...although it seems like with a spoon. But i will continue to dig...

I'll keep posting but my fitness fun may include just surviving right now.

I'm back to walking.  I did 4 miles Monday, skipped Tuesday, walked 3 miles today.

 I copied a bunch of bank documents today  ..so several miles logged between the copier and the table lol .... on  my feet from  12  to  6  literally .  

Gosh I  really WISH i had time for more exercise these days than  pulling my hair out in frustration  !!      U know when u really want  to run run run run RUN away  ?!!!!   thats me !!
