Good luck Roz!  I'm sorry that you are so Constipated!!
I am trying to get back to basics again..I had a rough weekend..
I also am back to the gym with a furor! 
Here is what I ate.

Breakfast:: 
Instant Coffee, 8 fl oz  
CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving

CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill), 2

Vitamin D

Cheese - Laughing Cow light swiss spread cheese (1 wedge), 1 serving 
  
 
 Lunch:     

 
Haddock (fish), 1 fillet  
 
  Dinner:   
Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz

Popsicle, sugar free, 2 serving 1 pop

Green Beans Sauteed in Garlic and Olive Oil, 0.5 serving  

Snacks: 
Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can

Celery, raw, 3 stalk, small (5" long)

 wow Roz I think its great that U can EAT  finally  .   I wouldn't  be so worried about weight gain at this  point .... Ur body is healing and  we always crave more calories to do  that .

2 protein teas

pink beans  with 3 ounces melted  almond  peper jack ( 4 grams fat )


Ach am i tired  but riving to AP by myself in the snow...
