Ok I'll start the thread if noone minds ... I laid a sidewalk yesterday at hubs house ... and the day before so I carried and mixed about 20 bags of concrete singlehanedly , troweled em out ( and dug the existing sidewalk out the day before and built the necessary forms ) .
It was what I'd call HARD WORK lol .
and by the way .. in the icy rain because i didnt want the forms to distort by next week ) . So that was MY workout ... and planting a bunch of ranunculus and stocks and heather out of their greenhouse pots into the garden also in the rain ( what fun ) grrrr

Don't get sick from being out in the icy rain... not worth it there!
I went to zumba last night AND tonight - YEA ME!! Probably take tomorrow off (weather's supposed to be yucky anyway) and Thurs is another zumba night.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
