Menus and Miles Wednesday March 23rd
Is it the constipation that is making you feel full? I've started taking Miralax along with my everyday doses of Colace. So far it's working.
Besides feeling full do you have any other signs? Usually everyone has a sign that they need to stop and you need to listen to those signs if you want to be successful for the rest of your life. A lot of people get a runny nose and others like myself get the hiccups. I have a tendency to feel full when we eat out because I don't eat as slow as I do at home. I'm usually not full just tight during those times.
If 46 grams are all you got in for protein for the day you definitely need to work on that!!!.... You aren't even getting in the minimum of 60 and I don't remember what WLS you had but if you had the RNY then you aren't even getting in half of that.

Yesterday was a bad day for me Protein wise.. today is going better..
I've been doing well with the Protein..I'm so glad that the two days of baking are finally over..
I have such a hard time being around food I shouldn't be eating..
I made two Protein drinks so I know I'll be getting more Protein in..plus I bought the Edamame with me..that is such a good snack and 14g of Protein...Heck YEAH
