S- greek yogurt w SF preserve (15 g)
D- ground turkey w veggies marinara (12 g)
S- Sf pudding (3 g)

a few jellybeans ( yuck)
I'm feeling very very constipated these days.. I think I need to go get some Malox or something..
I'll be upping my drinking today..although I live in the bathroom and I have already frozen 2 Protein shakes for the day..
I LOVE the Edamame..it keeps me full ..so fast too..
Now I have another question. I went out to breakfast with my girlfriend..and then to Friendly's later for dinner..but I find that I feel full after one or two mouthfulls.. I want to stop eating, but I don't..
