You've got your groove back, Roz - yea! I took the day off to be with my mom. She had out-pt surgery for some basal cell growths on her face. All went well. My mom is so funny. She does not want her friends at the retirement community to see her with the bandages so she asked for dinner to be delivered. I told her that was poor role modeling as it made me think one cannot be social with imperfections. We had a good laugh!

B- protein drink w strawberries (40 g)
S- three peanut butter crackers (3 g)
S- skinny decaf latte (12 g)
L- 1/3 fresh shrimp roll and 1/4 cup beef broth w noodle (pouch ejected so will not count the protein)
S- greek yogurt w SF preserve (15 g)
D- ground turkey w veggies marinara (12 g)
S- Sf pudding (3 g)

I have to revise the day's plan due to a cheese and cracker indulgence after the greek yogurt.  I always get so hungry a few hours after a food ejection!

after Yogurt instead of current plan:

S- goat cheese and thin wafer crackers (4 g)
D- split pea soup (7 g)
S- Sf pudding (3 g)

I bought some edamama last night so now I have to go back and find the Edamam post so I can figure out how to cook them.  The bag says to boil but for some reason I thought I read bake.  I bought the frozen ones out of the pod.

 totally boring food today ( NO  food for the landlord   )

protein coffee 

can of chili beans with  lf  almond jack   ( 3 grams fat ) 

bagel ( whole wheat  ) 

insides of chicken caesar wrap

2 glasses  red wine 

can of chili beans  with almond jack and leftover chicken breast  

a few jellybeans  ( yuck)

I'm glad your feeling better!!
I'm feeling very very constipated these days.. I think I need to go get some Malox or something..
I'll be upping my drinking today..although I live in the bathroom and I have already frozen 2 Protein shakes for the day..
I LOVE the Edamame..it keeps me full ..so fast too..

Now I have another question. I went out to breakfast with my girlfriend..and then to Friendly's later for dinner..but I find that I feel full after one or two mouthfulls.. I want to stop eating, but I don't..
Not happy with myself..
