Your ferritin is very nice but I don't see iron serum. Looks like you're still waiting for D3 and PTH to come back. No vitamin A? B12 is very good and you might be able to cut one dose a week. Potassium trended down some--you might want to supplement a little over the counter potassium. It comes in 99mg pills. Or, your PCP might want to prescribe a low dose to keep you from trending down any further. Protein is a little lower than you might want and I don't see albumin. You want albumin in the 4's. Looks like your cholesterol numbers are headed in the right direction too.  Very nice AST and ALT for liver function.

So I did ask about some of those and this is what I was told.

ferritin is the store place for iron so if it is ok, iron is.
D - don't need if the AST and ALT are ok since it would show up there. or was it that the CBC was ok? I don't think I copied that part.
A - I don't think I even asked about that and it wasn't on the original either.
Just what I was told or thought I was told!!!

Albumin was 4.1, I guess I left it off.
PTH was 21 (15-65) left it off too.

It was the cholesterol that she recommended the fish oil for. Haven't looked for any yet.

Hmm...calcium is part of the panel but they have to ask for D3 special just like PTH. Your PTH is very nice!  AST and ALT are liver...not related to D.  I always get iron in one of my big panels, so not sure why it isn't there. But yeah, ferritin is great so iron should be ok.

I found Coromega and Barlean's Omega at VitaminShoppe. The Barlean's is refrigerated.

It's great that you got your blood work done!!!    Alto of people don't realize how important it is.  Once things drop it's harder to bring them up.

Gina's our vitamin Guru so whatever she says I second it.  Looks like you are doing a really good job!!
