I have some Sublingual B Complex with B12 by Natures Bounty..
I don't use it often..but will from now on..
I feel so run down some days.. maybe this will help.

Probably will. There are lots of other things that can make you feel run down, but B12 will sure do it.

I was taking the 2500 mcg from Costco every day. Then my labs said I was over 1999, so they told me to cut back to a few days a week. Instead I cut all my subbies in half and still take them every morning. I can't mess with my routine or bad things happen. Just got in from the lab today, I should know how that's doing in a couple weeks and will let you know what sort of a difference that made :)

It's fine to do it that way.  When  you run out, you can buy ones with a smaller dose if you want.  It is OK to just take them a few days a week if you want to instead of every day, though.  Just do whatever works best for you.  Let me know what the new labs say.

As long as I can take them every day, I'll be okay :) I take them when my first alarm goes off, and hit the snooze button (as well as my first multi) by the time it goes off again, it's dissolved and i can wake up easier. Don't want to have to think about whether or not today is a day to take it, especially at 6am. I also work out in the morning, so that helps me with my energy level.

Will definately let you know. My appointment is April 6th, will keep everyone posted :)

Wow, that's a clever way to take them.  And sometimes it's easier to remember them if you do them every day.
