Trying to find a place to land
If you have a cost plus world market near you, they sell sugar free chai tea ( had some tonight and mixed it vanilla protein). Also if you put it in the search here on OH I know I have seen recipes for how to make a mix. I wish you the best of luck and am sorry your journey has been so complicated. This is a nice group that doesnt judge and is available if you need it. I learn a lot just by reading much of the time.
Blessings to you!

Never heard of cost plus world market.... Oh my how I miss my chai lattes, they were the start of my everyday and my snickers low carb bar---which they have also discontinued. Ugh!. Yes- it has been a long scary journey, but I am so blessed to be in the place I am now and have my girls too. Crossing fingers and toes that I am able to use this tool without any major hiccups- my RNY 06 wasnt what I would call smooth..I was in and out of the hospital with additional surgery and tests.
Welcome!!! This board is very supportive and nonjudgemental. I think that you will like it. Sounds like, you have been through a tough time, but are on the road to recovery.
Actually, at my 6 month visit, I heard about how in the past, if the surgeons didn't but something in between the pouch and the old stomach, they could grow together and form a larger pouch/stomach. No wonder, so many people regained weight. Surgeons perform the procedure different today.

Yeah- I thought I liked my surgeon until I met his partner. It seems that he was listening loud and clear- and he finally made me feel like I wasn't a complete head case. They better have done my surgery right in 06- lol Here I am just thinking it's my crap --- luck, like usual that the repair needed done. Thanks!
Glad to meet you!!! I'm a newcomer here, so I hope it's not presumptious of me to help lay out the welcome mat. Everyone's made me feel so comfortable here, and I'm hoping you're feeling the same sense of community here that I am.
I'm in a similar situation as you, albeit for different reasons. I had a stretched stoma and pouch, and that, combined with a renewed love affair with carbs, led to weight gain. But I had a revised RNY three weeks ago, and am willing to do the hard work necessary to make sure I take full advantage of my surgery tools this time 'round.
