Trying to find a place to land
Thanks Linda! I had no idea either---but I knew something wasn't right. From what I have been reading (since my repair / revision) is that it's not real common. I did find information- but when you think about the number of people who have had WLS now, I would hope I could find information on just about any complication. I always say I'm never the simple case / problem / issue- sometimes I just want to be the person that has the classic problem or concern. Hopefully, I am good for a long time and there will be no need to whine again soon. LOL
I would be whining too if I were you. You can always come here and whine. I really hope the rest of your journey will be textbook!!
I use the protein drinks and love the Lemon Tea. I do put it in a shaker cup or mix it up and put it in a cup with a lid and straw. I don't like the smell so with a lid I can't smell it while I'm drinking it.
I also use the Fuzzy Navel and Cappuccino.
Great weight loss so far!!

I remember maintenance---and I was so happy with myself that my weight wasn't an issue. I remember being so happy that I could just do whatever I wanted without sticking out, or having medical problems. I could see a Dr and they never dreamed of lecturing me to drop a few pounds or no speeches about how often I HAD to see them. I remember feeling so free- and how much I had built my ties to other things and not to food. Not that I hated food- but I can remember purposely doing the things that had been suggested. I withdrew (didn't go or focused on other things at the event- played with kids etc) from events that focused on food. Food was not a reward for a good or bad day, it wasn't a prize, it wasn't a pat on the shoulder. It was an amazing feeling- I can't wait to feel that way again. I journaled my food when I went through hard times- it helped me feel accountable and to distinguish between I want this snack or my body needs to have this snack. I plan on chiming in when I can on the board. Thanks for the welcome.
Welcome and glad you are doing well after your last surgery. I love my RNY and hopefully your new one will be good for you too.

Welcome to our forum. You have been through a lot in the past few years and I'm glad that you have been able to get it corrected. What amazing blessings, two new babies! I have found that the syntrax nectar lemon tea with lemonade crystal lite is pretty good. I'm not a big fan of chocolate or vanilla. I think the fruit flavored drinks are less protein tasting.
Anyway, welcome, looking forward to hearing about your new experiences.
