Here is what I had yesterday..again..the carbs are a problem for me. I am on my period though and it seems like I'vebeen craving carbs..

Lunch:
Subway Tuna Only (no bread, amt for 6in), 1 serving
Shared with the hubby..I ate it in two separate meals..no bread.
