Pretty good day today. found I wanted to graze and I think I have realized  that happens when I am going to Dd's house for a visit,which I am tomorrow. Don't know if it is the food,or the inevitable fatigue while I am there or just what but an interesting discovery.

B double protein cocoa
L 2 link sausage,2 free range eggs,salsa,cheese,sour cream
S flax and soy chips
D beans rice and cheese
S maybe another protein cocoa but it is not in these totals.

I used to think of my numerous meals as grazing but I don't anymore.  That's just the way I eat.  If I lived on my meals I wouldn't be getting very many calories in.

Thanks, and no,it really was wanting to graze,above and beyond my regular small meals and snacks. I thought about a few of this and a few of that,some things well on my plan and some not. Thanks for trying to help me off the hook,though,lol.

I'm so weak... I did SO well today then I got home... UGH!

L - greek yogurt cheesecake with graham cracker crumbs

That's the weak part the snacks after dinner...

Miles:  Zumba... but I left early.  Too much bouncing around and I needed a better bra....

Do you eat that much at dinner that your totals can't include a snack?  At least half the snacks were protein.

I haven't been able to wear my new bra since my surgery. My one cut is right at the bottom of it and it hurts it to bad.
