I'm glad you edited.  So many (I'm guilty too) don't update their menus when they have changes and that can get to be a bad habit.  It's good to be accountable for everything that goes into our mouths (good or  bad).

Great totals!

really trying to get back into it today. Last week I was a guilty one on multiple levels, I was grazing on protein bars... A LOT and no, i wasn't editting for it... I find I'm more likely to edit for not eating something rather than for adding in something I know I shouldn't have eaten... but I gave myself a good pep talk this weekend and I'm going to strive for better, I don't need to drop anchor here at this weight/body fat%/muscle mass... so please wish me luck, I am going to try really hard to stick to my plans and do this for life :)

Glad to see you are around and about was your half day good?

I have to admit that logging everything on loseit.com (I use the iphone app instead) really has made a difference.  If I'm getting to the top of my calorie range, or am short on protein I change my plans for late night snack.  For example, insteaad of nuts, I will have another cottage cheese because it is lower calories and higher protein.
I fought my therapist for YEARS about writing down what I ate but I am definitely seeing the value now.  AND I finally broke my stall!

I over did it the very first day.  When I came home I had to keep reminding myself that I had surgery.

Have you tried Sam's Clubs chicken salad.  It is so good.  They use the Roaster Chickens.  I only wish you didn't have to buy such big containers.

I got the Parmasian Chicken and I don't know what I did but it was so dry.  How do you cook yours?

Good Variety!

I might go by Sam's tomorrow, I'll have to look for the chicken salad.  Can you freeze it?  I wish they sold some things in smaller quantities too.

Did you get the paramasean tilapia?  That is what I get.  I just bake it on 350 for 20-30 minutes, but I do use some lite mayo and sugar free ketchup mixture to dip it in so I might not notice that if it was very dry.

Boy, I hope you get to have surgery and I hope it's as easy for you as it was for me.  The constipation is the worse part because I'm afraid to strain.

Good Menu!
