Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Good idea to do a 1/2 day, Roz. Time to be kind to your body and let it rest. As I just posted, I am ready for a new season of Dancing with the Stars. I am a big fan of Kirstie Alley, and I am sure Max and Kirstie will be very entertaining. The best part is the show makes me want to move so I get on the elliptical while I watch.

I've always like Kristy Alley too. My DH enjoys all of those kinds of shows. He freaks out if someone erases his American Idol. I might peak at it but I can't seem to get involved. Sometimes I watch the last episode.
I decided to stay the whole day. There isn't much going on and I'd be just sitting at home anyhow.

Tomorrow begins week 5 post-op, and officially starts SOFT FOOD season. You notice I said "officially," right?

B: Matrix Perfect Chocolate Shake with SF German Chocolate Cake syrup... OMGs, go get some and try it now! SO freaking phenomenal! 23g protein
S1: Jell-o Salad 9g protein
L: 3 slc 98% FF turkey, 1 stick colby/jack cheese, 4 baby carrots, 20g protein
S2: 4Ever Fit CranRazz shake with pre-workout drink mixed in 25g protein
D: Experimental "taco" miniquiches (cottage cheese, egg whites, mexican blend cheese with taco seasoning, chik'n strips crumbled, and spinach) 28g protein
S3: SF jell-o 1g protein
Didn't make it to the gym this morning, hubby got new job with new hours and we did not figure out who was taking him to daycare the night before so I couldn't go to curve's or I'd be late to work. Planning to go after work instead.
Loving the Propel Zero waters still (need more) will switch back to crystal light when I run out of these
1 multi w/iron down, 1 to go, 2 500mg calciums down, 1 to go. Biotin and D3 done too
Hope the rain goes away so we can take the little one outside, we'll see
