Sublingual B-12
I'm interested in how well the sublingual B-12 works. I bought some at Rite-Aid and it took over 30 minutes under my tongue to dissolve. I ran out and bought some at CVS and it dissolved in like 30 seconds. Was one better than the other. How fast can this stuff get absorbed into our system? Is the sublingual a good enough delivery method? I really hate shots and never could do nasal sprays. So I'm hoping the sublingual works.

I think I got mine at Walgreens [Spring Valley brand] I surely wouldn't be bothered with the kind that took 30 minutes to dissolve!
Sub-lingual is a very efficient method to administer medications. Some heart meds are given this way and they dissolve quickly. It is absorbed immediately.
You're safe with using this method!

I agree with Bulldog. Sublingually taking vits is a very efficient way for it to immediately get absorbed into your system. It doesn't have to go through the tummy, etc.
Find one that dissolves for you quickly. I use a B12 sublingual I get from Vitalady, but many places have them.

Mine is from CVS, taste great and dissolves quickly. Works so well I am going from 1000mg a day to 500mg a day. It's Nature's Bounty. Whatever I had before didn't dissolve as quick and didn't taste as good.
