NSV-No more sleep apnea

It really does feel like a gift. I am so grateful and relieved that it is gone. I hadn't been using the CPAP since surgery and knew that if the test came back positive, I would need to start using it again.

I am thinking about a rafting trip. Just have to decide on where I would like to go.

Thank you for your support.

Your weight loss is coming along nicely.

I haven't used my cpap since surgery and last week my PCP wrote it off my list.  Haven't had another sleep study done and really don't want to have to both from the expense and the time.  It was one of the major NSV in my list.

It is definitely a major NSV.  That and not being pre-diabetic any longer are the two major NSVs on my list. The test was a take home overnight test, so it wasn't a major expense or problem.

Congratulations - those are great NSV's.  I loved my CPAP and had a hard time giving it up, but I've been off of it for a while now and can't imagine having to go back on it.  I love not having to pack it up and take it everywhere I go.

Isn't it great what a different kind of life WLS gives to us!!
