Good morning, I woke up with a horrible horrible cold....are we allowed to take cold meds as a RNY patient?

Anyways, this week wasn't as great as I planned but at least it was down instead of up :) How did everyone else do? Last week everyone had great numbers...

Last week- 173.5
This week- 172

You can take tylenol cold meds, even store brand works very well. Just make sure there is no ibuprophen in it.

Last week 147 (this is not an official weight apparently I was severely constipated)
This week 142 WOOHOO!

i didn't do anyting different this week than any other, and am actively losing. i had an AMAZING week, weight loss wise (Which actually was the 1st time I had a mini panic moment... what if I can't STOP losing!?!?!). I will trust that my body KNOWS.... Just scary (I also fear GAINING, so there you have it ).

Last week: 144#

Finally hit goal of 140 this week. This morning I was 139, which is 1 pound below goal. I'm okay with going a little lower, but satisfied where I am.

My weight difference is a 10 day count because I was away for March Break

March 10 175
March 20 172.5

2.5 pound loss, I feel good about this and my exercise.
