Great Comp yesterday. 13 teams and not a single fall. Lots of firsts, several Division Champs, and Diamonds got Grand Champs.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Meals for me are still kinda low on protein but I am still working on it.

L-Cheese and Tuna quesadilla (havent figured out the protein yet but I use a serving of tuna, 3 slices of cheese on a mission tortilla)

I was so hungry for tuna today but I couldn't find a single can in the cupboard. We like it cooked in our scrambled eggs.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Tomorrow's another day and I will start my exercise regime. I only have 2 weeks before we leave on vacation and I KNOW my capris from last year won't fit me now and my jeans are getting tight in the butt/legs.
