Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

I'm going to make a 90 minute trek to Waldorf today to visit the nearest Vitamin Shoppe and get more samples of Jay Robb protein powder in chocolate and vanilla. So I'll probably eat those samples today..... just not sure.
B: tropical dreamsicle protein and OJ 25 g

D: date night, not sure..... dreaming of my first piece of salmon sashimi
S: haven't needed any late protein for a few nights....

We're heading downstate and staying with my daughter tonight. I'll get some baby cuddle time in- yea! Then my sisters' 55 birthday party tomorrow. No idea what the eats will be there.

B2 - tried some protein coffee but it clumped and was nasty. Didn't do anything different, but I must have... so...
B3 - met my son to give him some stuff out of my car he left, ended up having a "real breakfast" and a very nice visit. I miss him already! I had an omelet with 1/2 piece of toast without the crust.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

Put the protein slurry in the mug first and then add the hot coffee. Try it. (or cheat, I use the blender bottle as a travel mug. Blend the protein and milk, pour coffee in on top. Tilt twice gently to blend.
