Glad to hear you are feeling better!

I do better at home because I have good food at home waiting for me..
I figured out that I was probably craving crabs because I was pre-menstral..I got my friend this morning..:)
I never used to have bread cravings!!
 

 Breakfast:

CVS Calcium Citrate +D, 2 serving  
CVS Daily Multiple for Woman Multivitamin w/ iron, calcium, zinc & folic acid (1 svg-1 pill), 2 serving 
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large  
  
 Lunch:     
 Haddock (fish), 0.5 fillet 

Dinner:     
My Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame, 0.5 cup 
Green Beans Sauteed in Garlic and Olive Oil,

 Dunkin Donuts Cheddar bagel Twist, 0.3 serving  BSN Syntha-6 Banana, 44 gram(s) 200 14 6 22
