One month post-op appt.
are those the surgical bedside manners, or the presumed non-surgical bedside manners?
hehehehe!!!
Ruthie, my dear friend-in-the-know, of COURSE you are doin' well. You simply follow direction from people who have been successful before you, ODAT.
You go sista. I watch your progress, as you are one step ahead of me as you trudge that road.

Awww... thanks Amy. Funny thing the bariatric guy said... He's a real trip...
"I cringe when I have to go into see a patient at their one month appt. because so many of them make it really hard on themselves that first month... and it's such a relief to see you in here doing well and doing what you are supposed to do... if only everybody could be that way."
I say WE CAN!!

yeah, my NP asked "any problems?"
"Nope," I answered.
"Any questions?"
"Nope," I answered.
"How ya' feeling?"
"Peachy."
"Then why are you here?" he joked.
"I was kinda wondering the same thing, big fella, but you set the appointment date."
Actually, I did ask the surgeon if I was still restricted to picking up only 10 lbs or less, and he asked me how much weight I WANTED to pick up. I told him the mulch bags were either 30 or 40 lbs, and he said Go for it.
