Gina, if you decide to go to Alaska, I would be interested. I went five years ago, and it was amazing! I know it is not the same as a fun in the sun cruise but the visuals were breathtaking.

I am going to see a new retirement community with my mom today. I am hoping that she will like it as it is much more bang for less buck. It has to be hard to even think about change at 87.

I have a nice weekend planned: a session with the trainer, a belly dancing class, dinner out with friends, lunch and a mani with a good friend for her b-day. I am ready for the weekend to start.

I mentioned the cruise to dh when I first heard it was going to be next July and he said oh well, and I said, i guess we'll miss that one too, huh?  LOL. He said yeap! He and cruises do not mix. So unless there is some other type of get together, I guess we won't ever make one. :(

As to my weekend, I finally got all the wallpaper off the kitchen, figured since I was pulling wallpaper, may as well keep going and get the bathroon right next to it. Was gonna do it eventually anyway. After that, I have to fix the holes in the drywall, fix a panel on the drywall that's messed up, then sand it and prime it cause it was never primed. Then paint it. Then on to the next part of the kitchen redo...

I've never been on a cruise... yet.  I think Alaska will be my first when I'm ready to cruise.  For now I really prefer adventure travel where I get to set my own pace and create my own itinerary.  I'm trying to decide what sounds good for this year.  Darn economy makes it harder to choose.

I've got Yoga class and then a date later this afternoon.  I'm also meeting with an indoor house painter between those two things.  It's storming here and I really don't want to go outside, even to go to class!

I have a friend in from out of town on Sunday and three different events to attend on Saturday.  Full weekend and I should try to get some work done on my taxes.
