Without protein the scale doesn't move???

I exacctly where you are!  My scale has been solidly on the smae number for a while..but the last couple of days while I'm baking for a charity..I find that I'm sneaking in..not a lot...but extra carbs and it just stands stil..
I've been adding protein drinks.. which I have not been always good about drinking to boost up my protein intake.. I'm hoping that moves the scale..
Do you like the Myoplex??  It's not too yummy for me..and since lately I can't eat a lot, I don't want to eat anything that doesn't taste good..

Yeah I love the Myoplex light premixed shakes. They are light enough to go down in minutes and I never have a problem, At one point I was drinking the large with 42g of protein but have cutback to the smaller 20g figuring that with cheese, chobani yoguart and all the grilled chicken, tuna and fish I add I'd be fine.
