Here's what I did today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Piece of Sausage
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Hamburger patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Chicken, couple of BBQ chips
S:  Strawberries, lite cool whip, sf/ff vanilla pudding

Vitamins:  Done
Water:  124 ozs
Miles:  None today

I'm off tomorrow.  We are having company all weekend so I'm not sure how much I will be able to get on line until Sunday.
