It's definitely still a mixed bag in ole AP .. I think we're gonna survive this round . The inspector wouldnt take my 30 day extension request ... but thats what lawyers are for ...
anyway contractor will be there tomorrow and so will I and hopefully so will inspector for at least ONE partial inspection ... and a partial payment .... which will get us ( hopefully ) a furnace ... finally ... OY
I got a WONDERFUL Purim care package today .. full of beautifu Kosher candies and delicious homemade hamantshen from Israel .... how amazingly thoughtful
so I felt very cared for and uplifted in my direst hour .... going into the maw of the BEAST ....
